Our focus has been for years in Latin America, especially in projects in Brazil with its many possibilities, but also very complex requirements regarding taxes and digitalization, such as NFe (electronic Nota Fiscal) etc.

Our consulting services focus on SAP products and here of course on country-specific solutions and integration into complex, global IT landscapes. Due to the market focus on Latin America and Brazil, we also know all the well-known local software providers of special solutions and add-ons.

The focus of my work lies on management consulting for globally operating companies. Implementation and roll-out strategies as well as projects for generating global templates and roll-outs are building blocks of successful CIO consulting in the BRICS countries as well as Argentina and Mexico.

My specialization in SAP country versions as well as the reengineering of business processes with accompanying quality assurance ensure successfully completed projects in these countries.

My specific experience includes manufacturing, sales and logistics processes for import and export, among others, and the area of materials management, mainly in the automotive, high-tech, mechanical engineering, chemical and consumer goods industries.

I demonstrate my leadership skills in national and international projects as a project manager and head of development teams. The PMI certifications in project management and program management complete my profile.
